Pelican Blue - Dromana

Pelican Blue is a beautiful beach house with a touch of class.

Come in, kick off your shoes, settle down and relax. This is a gorgeous, fully and very tastefully renovated Californian bungalow with a great feeling about it.

The peaceful front lounge has a wood burning open fire place and dining table which sits 8 comfortably. This leads through to the open plan fully equipped and very chic kitchen and an additional lounge area with flat screen TV.

There are 5 good sized bedrooms. The master is at the front of the house with an ensuite and walk in robes. The 2 other queen bedrooms are at the rear with access to the deck area and garden. The 4th bedroom has 2 singles and 2 trundles and the 5th is ideal for young kids with a single bed and safety roll bar, a cot and changing table.

The large second bathroom has a corner spa bath and there is a separate laundry.

The hall cupboard boasts lots of great books, toys and games for young kids and there is also a pram for your use.

Location and a luxury getaway

The location of this fantastic getaway is ideal for a weekend break or for days or rest and relaxation. It's walking distance to shops and cafe's, you can stroll round to the blissful Maya spa and the beach is just moments away.

We have thought of everything at Pelican Blue, great for families and relaxation.

There is tea, filter coffee, sugar, oil and vinegar, a pantry with condiments for you use as well as a beautiful bottle of wine for your arrival.

The outdoor entertaining area is huge! Perfect for long lazy lunches. There is a massive deck and dining for 8 with room for all. The landscaped garden is fully fenced, very safe for kids and has a cute cubby house.
