Come and relax in this lovely bright and welcoming 3 bedroom home, minutes to the beach and shops.
This delightful, well equipped holiday house near the Rye and Blairgowrie boundary is excellent value for money, delightfully furnished and has all the comforts of home.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the tree lined and private garden.  There is another bedroom with 2 single beds which can be made up as a king size and the 3rd room has 2 sets of bunks, with safety rails for young kids.
There is an open fireplace in the living room which leads on to the dining room, with seating for 8 and the spotless kitchen.  There is a  TV, DVD and video and a selection of family DVD’s, games and toys.
The great deck and outdoor entertaining area is perfect for long lazy lunches, has plenty of shade and an inbuilt BBQ.  There is a fully fenced lawned garden area, great for the kids with a trampoline, swing set and slide.  For families with young babies there is also a portacot, high chair and stroller, so just pack the car and arrive!
Rest @ Rye is perfectly situated near the popular Tyrone foreshore, the best beach in Rye and only moments away from the lovely shops, galleries and bistros of Blairgowrie
