It's walking distance to the gentle bayside Mt Martha beaches and is set in a lovely quiet and leafy court. It’s very private so you truly feel away from it all yet it's within easy reach of shops, cafes and the renowned Mt Martha golf club.
The 2 separate living areas in this gorgeous home have French windows leading onto the huge outside deck and garden area with al fresco dining and lounging.
The main living room is open plan and extra large and has a flat screen TV and DVD. The 2nd living area is made for relaxation with oversize sofas and chairs and French windows leading onto the lawn and en- tout-cas tennis court. There is air conditioning in this part of the house and another flat screen TV and DVD player.
There is a lovely dining area seating 6 to 8 and a great, really large kitchen equipped with everything you could possible need.
There are 2 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite and one twin room with 2 singles, one of which has a trundle and a further fold up bed. In all sleeping 8 comfortably.
The tiled family bathroom has a bath and separate shower and there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Undercover parking for 2 cars completes this charming country gem of a place.
This great property is directly opposite The Beach Lodge, which sleeps up to 11 in 4 bedrooms so if you have a larger group but still want your own privacy it can be an ideal situation to rent out both.
